Great Benchmark ball, predictability, strong mid lane, and punch on the back end. The core, shell combination, and mid performance price point at a high performance value is appealing!
Hello Hammerheads and the bowling community. I really love this ball for my Hot Shot and Sport patterns. It's really smooth on the fronts, strong mid lane, and predictable back end. I drilled my to flare a little bit more up front. My layout was 4 1/4 x 35 VAL. I used Abralon pad with Vise Slip Agent since I'm Rev dominant type of player. Also the Blue, Dark Blue, and white color scheme is really eye attracting! It rolled well on our THS 42 feet and the Don Johnson pattern. I was quite impressed on the versatility of this ball. Great price point for our Hammer customers. This ball can be used on a wide variety of lane conditions.

Strong Benchmark Ball
WOW - very impressed with the Ruthless. Was very surprised in the amount of hook for this mid-level ball from Hammer. With the coverstock from the Diesel Torque (Solid), this ball can handle heavier lane patterns and offer a great amount of backend motion as well. You can chase the oil for a few games after the lanes transition and is very versatile from what I have seen so far. Make sure you add this ball to your arsenal.

I really do see a high performance type reaction even though this is only a mid performance ball!
I drilled the Ruthless with a 4" pin from my axis and was extremely amazed at how well it responded off the friction without sacrificing energy down lane. 725 right out of the box with this bad boy. I definitely had a lot of eyes and inquiries concerning this release. The price tag is going to be what separates this ball from the rest. I really do see a high performance type reaction even though this is only a mid performance ball! This one also has a spot in my bag along with the Web Pearl. Both balls are an awesome 1-2 punch combo for house shots!
